About Us

We are a group of residents living in and around the villages of Ickham, Littlebourne, Stodmarsh and Wickhambreaux willing to give some of our time to help in the work of protecting our lovely environment.

Our Mission as stated in our constitution, is ‘to conserve the rural character of the countryside’. For more than 50 years we’ve been doing just that.

Andy Ellison

Andy is Treasurer to the Society and lives in Littlebourne. He has a particular interest in local history

Christine Le Jeune

The Society’s Secretary and lives in Wickhambreaux.

Margaret Elderson

Margaret lives in Ickham.

Dave Chalk

Grew up and now lives in Littlebourne. A recent and welcome addition to the Committee!

Tim Bostock

Lives in Littlebourne and runs the Little Stour chalk stream project. He also developed this website.

Linda Lodge

Lives in Wickhambreaux.
